Exquisite Essence: Costa Rica is a lush, intimate, and deeply restorative retreat held in my brand new home healing center. Here, the land is alive. The air is warm. The jungle sings prayers over your body as you sleep. Nature does half the healing for you.
Every corner of my space is charged with Reiki attunements, shamanic rites, and Auset priestess rituals. I’ve poured so much life force into the walls, the garden, and the land itself. You will feel it the moment you arrive.

Unlike a large retreat center, this is a private, boutique, priestess-led sanctuary space where you stay inside my own healing home—a sacred, energetically consecrated environment designed for one thing: Ascension. My first stay at Esalen was November 2019. I was there for the “Using Mindfulness to work with Trauma” Retreat as a part of my sexual assault recovery. I found both solace and healing tools that I still use and teach today. I wasn’t a coach or a healer, just a girl in need of help. Almost exactly 5 years later, I returned to host Exquisite Essence as a Reiki Master Teacher, Womb Priestess, Shamanic Healer, and Goddess of Transformation. It will be an honor to guide you through what just may be the greatest experience of your life in California or Costa Rica.
